GUIDE: Insurance - Renewal - Applying GIRO via DBS/POSB iBanking
Step 1
Login to your DBS / POSB iBanking portal on your PC (Mobile app will not work).
Under Pay > Add GIRO Arrangement.
Step 2
Choose your insurer, supported insurers:
- AIA
- CHINA LIFE INS (S)PL
- GREAT AMERICAN INS
- GREAT EASTERN LIFE
- HSBC LIFE SINGAPORE
- MANULIFE (S) P L
- MSIG INSURANCE SPORE
- PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE
- SINGLIFE (LIFE)
- Individual Life Policy
- SINGLIFE (HEALTH)
- MINDEF & MHA Group Insurance
- Public Officers Group Insurance
- Individual Health Policy
- TM LIFE INSURANCE (TOKIO MARINE)
Step 3
For Bill Reference, enter your policy number.
Kindly refer to DBS’s help page for more info on the format to follow:

Choose your bank account > Next
Step 5
After you confirm the details, click Submit.
Step 6
Approve the transaction on your iBanking app.
Step 7
When completed, you can click on
“View GIRO Arrangements” to confirm that your GIRO arrangement has been added successfully.
