Sabrina Loh, Director, Fixed Income, Phillip Capital Management
Sabrina Loh is the Investment Director of Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd. In her role as the Investment Director, she is responsible for the development and implementation of investment strategies and processes. She is a member of the investment management committee. Her other key responsibilities include launching and managing of unit trust funds. Ms. Loh is also the Executive Director, Responsible Officer and "Key Personnel" of Phillip Capital Management (HK) Limited.
She is currently the lead manager for Phillip Money Market Fund and Phillip Singapore Real Estate Income Fund, which are authorised public unit trusts in Singapore, as well as Phillip HKD Money Market Fund, which is authorised for public offering in Hong Kong. Between the period from 2012 to 2017, she was the manager for Phillip US Dollar Money Market Fund and Global Opportunities Fund.
Ms. Loh has more than 20 years' experience of managing funds, including more than ten years' managing unit trusts. She began her career with DBS Asset Management and later joined Insurance Corporation of Singapore. Prior to joining Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd, she worked for AVIVA Insurance Group.

William Lim is a Financial Services Director and a dual-licensed Portfolio Manager at PhillipCapital. Prior to joining PhillipCapital, he served at a major foreign bank in Singapore for 6 years and has more than 14 years of investing experience.
He currently leads The Wealth Stewards Group, a team of Wealth Managers at PhillipCapital managing over $72 million of assets for more than 400 families. William manages the Core & Dividend Portfolios for The Wealth Stewards Group that has consistently outperform the benchmark since 2015. The team's mission is to help clients achieve their financial goals and the life that they envision by providing ethical, mathematical, and holistic portfolio advice.
