1. Submit an Interbank GIRO Application Form with a RSP Application Form.

1. Login to POEMS Mobile 3 on your mobile device.
2. Select the trade icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select “RSP” at the top of the screen.
4. Select “Unit Trust RSP”.
5. Select “Download Giro Form”.
