GUIDE: Cash Withdrawal (POEMS 3.0 Mobile App)
Step 1
Log-in to your POEMS 3.0 Mobile App
Step 2
On your home page, click on "Me" on the bottom right hand corner of the screen
Step 3
Click on the icon
"Withdraw Funds"
Step 4
Under "Client Details", ensure that the "Account Number" and "Name" is Correct
Under "Amount to be Withdrawn",
ensure that the right currency is selected and the correct withdrawal amount amount is inputed
Under "Withdrawal Method", ensure that your account number is correctly reflected
Click "Submit"
